“People who say we are a product of our environment don’t see that we get to create our own environment.”
- Ryan Richards
RG Architects P.A, President and Co-founder. Ryan Richards, is driven by the simple desire to transform the spaces around us into the spaces people want to be in.

His aspiration to design buildings of the future started with childhood dreams and building blocks.

Now, with more than 25 years of experience in architectural design, planning, project management, and client relationship building, Ryan meet his clients’ needs in an inspired and effective way.

Finding inspiration in the successes and failure of those before him, he is skilled at understanding the needs of the client and translating those into a cohesive site and building design, with a careful consideration of budget and schedule. His ability to think clearly and stay level-headed in the face of adversity allows clients to focus on their business while he keeps projects moving forward.

At RGA, Ryan’s mission is to transform local spaces and educational facilities and enable the community to live healthy, active lives and enjoy their environment. That mission is reflected in the firm's culture of community involvement and long-term commitment to giving back.

In addition to being a partner at RGA, Ryan has served as the President of the AIA Florida Southwest Chapter.
