Clubhouse Expansion & Renovation

The scope of the work on the existing clubhouse expansion and remodel includes a kitchen expansion, a new coffee shop, and a replacement of all finishes. 

The two-story golf pro-shop included a new pro-shop, restrooms, administration offices, and a large conference room. 

The new cart barn has a capacity of 80 golf carts and work/employee support spaces, such as restrooms, a breakroom, and storage. The new tennis pro-shop includes two new pro shops, a kitchen, offices, restrooms, storage, and maintenance areas.
